  2. Form 4-U / Form 4-R: For adding new members (such as a newborn child or a newly married daughter-in-law) where the family already has a ration card.
  3. Form 5: For correcting errors in name, age, father’s name, gender or address.
  4. Form 6: For changing the ration dealer, kerosene dealer or shop.
  5. Form 7: For removing a member’s name upon death or surrendering the card.
  6. Form 8: For changing or transferring the card’s category.
  7. Form 10: For linking Aadhaar numbers and mobile numbers to the ration card.

How to Download the e-Ration Card

As soon as your online application is approved, you can download a valid e-Ration Card directly online instead of waiting for the card to arrive by post:

📌 Remember: Go to the Food Department’s official website and click the ‘e-Ration Card Download’ link. Select your ration card number and category and enter the captcha code — an OTP will arrive on your mobile. Verifying the OTP immediately downloads the digital card’s PDF copy.
